Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing; Graduation in any field

Industry Preference: SaaS (preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Lead with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in driving product sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS domain.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about achieving targets, skilled in using modern CRM tools, and experienced in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure

- Develop and execute account-based marketing campaigns to target key accounts

- Manage and update customer data using Zoho CRM or similar tools

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging and sales strategies

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize customer lifetime value

- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to support product positioning

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

- Create and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to prospective clients

- Track and report key metrics including conversion rates, pipeline status, and campaign performance

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings in Kerala

Required Skill Set

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS environment

- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools

- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) frameworks

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to create engaging sales presentations and marketing content

- High degree of self-motivation and goal orientation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred
