Lead - Risk & Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management:

- Develop and maintain the company's risk management framework and policies.

- Drive a top down approach towards: identification, assessment and mitigation of key financial and non financial risks.

- Conduct periodic risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Ensure risk controls are embedded in business processes.

- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.

- Prepare and present risk registers and reports to senior management and the board.

Insurance & Compliance:

- Work closely with insurance providers and brokers to optimize insurance coverage in a cost effective manner.

- Review and assess insurance risks related to business operations.

- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements

- Ensure adherence to the company- s insurance framework, including policy renewals, claims management, and adequacy of coverage
