Operational Leadership:
- Lead the end-to-end RTR process within the organization covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, and Month-end/Year-end closing.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards in line with Ind-AS/IFRS.
- Partner with group entities to ensure seamless service delivery, standardization, and SLA adherence.
Process Excellence & Transformation:
- Drive process standardization, harmonization, and automation across the RTR function within organisation.
- Implement best practices, digital tools, and ERP enhancements (SAP preferred) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure robust internal controls, ICFR, and SOX compliance within RTR processes.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and external reporting requirements.
- Maintain compliance with Group accounting policies and evolving regulatory/accounting standards.
Stakeholder & People Management:
- Act as the RTR process owner and subject matter expert (SME)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP& A, Tax, Treasury, Business Finance) to enable effective data flow and decision-making.
