Education:
- Minimum Graduate, Post graduate with good mathematical skills will be an added advantage
- Experience 4+ years experience in selling and operations (including 1 year of QCOM experience).
Role Summary:
- The Quick Commerce Lead is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and growth of the company's quick commerce operations.
- This role focuses on creating and executing an end to end Quick commerce business model for Client.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute the overarching strategy for scaling client's brands quick commerce business across key market
- Leverage data analytics to improve customer satisfaction, reduce operational inefficiencies, and optimize delivery processes by identifying patterns and opportunities
- Work closely with marketing, tech, product, and customer service teams to synchronize efforts, create integrated solutions, and align on common business objectives.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and ensure products are available for immediate dispatch to meet customer expectations.
- Oversee and streamline last-mile delivery operations, ensuring fast and efficient delivery timelines.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and delivery teams.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and address operational or delivery challenges proactively.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, customer preferences, and new technologies to drive innovation within Q-commerce.
- Manage platform partner relations to ensure commercial discipline basis agreement.
Note: Somebody from Personal care, Wellness & Fitness industry with blinkit, swiggy , zepto exposure would be preferred.
