Role Overview:
Lead the development and execution of quality and process excellence strategies across Deccan AI's data annotation and delivery operations. Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and robust QA systems for scalable, trustworthy AI data workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance quality assurance protocols for AI data processes. - Drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis methodologies. - Monitor key quality metrics and lead corrective actions.
- Mentor QA and process teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance, audit, and gold-standard customer delivery.
- Present insights and improvement recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications
- 5+ years in quality/process excellence, ideally in tech/data environments.
- Expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and team leadership. Key Traits
- Detail-oriented, driven by "quality by design".
- Collaborative, adaptable, and influential.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
