Job Title: Lead - Projects (West)

Reports To: Chief Project Officer (CPO)

Budget: Up to - 1 Cr CTC

About the Role:

We are hiring for a senior leadership position with a leading real estate developer, focused on driving delivery of luxury high-rise residential projects in Mumbai. The role will directly report to the Chief Project Officer and serve as a key leader responsible for ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and quality excellence across marquee projects in the western region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for high-rise luxury residential developments (- 500 Cr+ scale).

- Oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, contracts, execution, and handover ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Drive collaboration between architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain best-in-class quality and safety standards.

- Ensure compliance with RERA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

- Implement robust project monitoring systems (MIS, dashboards, cost & time control).

- Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams and site leaders.

- Provide regular progress updates and strategic inputs to the CPO and Board.

Key Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Tier-1 institutes preferred; MBA in Project/Construction Management is an advantage).

- 15 - 20 years of experience in project execution, with at least 8-10 years in high-rise luxury residential projects in Mumbai.

- Proven track record of leading - 500 Cr+ luxury real estate projects from concept to handover.

- Strong expertise in contracts, vendor management, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory compliance.

- Leadership experience managing large multi-disciplinary teams and multiple contractors.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with board-level exposure.
