Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Lead, Product Support.
- The Lead, Product Support will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of product support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving complex issues.
- Additional tasks include coordinating with various teams, managing escalations, analyzing trends to improve support processes, and providing high-quality customer service.
Qualifications:
- CPP / FPC must with strong HCM domain expertise.
- Preference of 5+ years of HCM product experience.
- Experience in Product Support and Customer Support.
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent Communication skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a leadership role is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree / MBA in a relevant field.
