Our client, a fast-growing leader in consumer electronics and smart technology is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to drive growth, shape high-impact go-to-market strategies, and craft product narratives that deeply resonate with modern consumers.
The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking, creative intuition, and executional excellence someone who deeply understands consumers, obsesses over visual and product design, and knows how to translate insight into action across the value chain.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive growth plans aligned with business goals. Identify new market opportunities and optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies by leveraging deep consumer and channel insights.
- Product Portfolio & Visual Leadership
Shape the product experience across all consumer touchpoints. Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure messaging and visuals are on-trend, culturally relevant, and resonate with digitally native audiences.
- Positioning & Go-to-Market Execution
Define differentiated product positioning and lead end-to-end GTM campaigns. Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across marketing, sales, and distribution channels.
- Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
Own integrated growth marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across online and offline channels. Partner with performance marketing, content, and social teams to optimize funnel conversion and lifetime value. Use data-driven insights to test, iterate, and scale high-impact initiatives.
- Consumer Insights & Analytics
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to continuously refine strategies. Act as the consumer advocate, translating insights into actionable marketing and product decisions.
- Design Sensibility & Storytelling
Be the brands visual and narrative champion. Lead storytelling and design strategies that captivate and engage todays digital-first consumers.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or brand strategy - ideally in fast-growing consumer tech or lifestyle brands.
- A data-driven, growth-first mindset - you obsess over metrics and know how to move the needle.
- Demonstrated success leading growth marketing campaigns, driving demand, and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels.
- Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts you understand user needs and market dynamics deeply.
- Excellent design awareness and storytelling skills, with a pulse on Gen Z culture and trends.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, with the ability to bring clarity and structure in fast-evolving environments.
