We are currently retained by a leading logistics-based tech startup to hire a Lead - Product Growth. This role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial leader who will drive the acquisition, onboarding, and scaling of small brands. The role combines product-led growth, funnel optimization, digital marketing, and ecosystem partnerships to activate businesses at scale.
Exposure to D2C brand onboarding will be considered a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead GTM and self-serve onboarding strategy for small, digital-first brands.
- Drive product-led growth through funnel optimization and experiments.
- Scale performance marketing, SEO, and inbound demand generation.
- Build partnerships with eCommerce/retail platforms to expand reach.
- Build and lead a high-performance team of growth marketers, analysts, and content specialists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
To fit the bill, you must have
- 8-12 years in growth, product marketing, or digital strategy.
- Strong experience with product-led acquisition and SMB/D2C enablement.
- Expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and CRM automation.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution and data-first thinking.
- Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or logistics tech.
