Job Overview:

We are hiring a Lead Procurement - Civil professional for a leading Data Center company. The ideal candidate must have strong civil procurement experience in Real Estate, Airports, or Commercial Buildings and expertise in greenfield CAPEX procurement. This role involvesworking closely with the Head of Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage civil procurement activities, including sourcing, evaluation, and selection of vendors.

- Call for quotations and RFQs for various works and ensure timely procurement.

- Oversee contracts & procurement, including appointment of contractors and direct material procurement.

- Lead budgeting & cost control to optimize project expenditures.

- Prepare and finalize work orders and contract documents for all project work packages.

- Conduct pre-bid meetings with vendors, collect quotes, and prepare techno commercial comparative analysis.

- Manage vendor correspondence during the award process to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in civil procurement within Real Estate, Airport, or Commercial Building projects.

- Strong expertise in greenfield CAPEX procurement.

- Ability to work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of Procurement.

- Proficiency in contract negotiation, budgeting, and cost control.

- Strong vendor management and procurement process optimization skills.
