
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic and business-critical initiatives in collaboration with functional leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Track, monitor, and report progress on CEO-level OKRs and KPIs using dashboards and structured review mechanisms.
- Prepare executive-ready deliverables including board presentations, leadership decks, internal memos, and data-backed reports.
- Manage weekly/monthly business cadences, leadership reviews, and investor/board communications.
- Support high-priority problem-solving, issue resolution, and special projects as required by leadership.
- Represent the CEO's office in PMO forums, ensuring tight alignment and accountability across departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timeliness and quality of executive deliverables (presentations, analyses, reports).
- Closure rate of CEO-driven initiatives and OKRs.
- Effectiveness of cross-functional reviews and governance cadences.
- Positive feedback from CXOs and senior stakeholders.
- Impact on strategic decision-making and execution velocity.
Requirements:
Leadership / Behavioral Competencies:
- Strong ownership mindset with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences.

Technical Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to present data-driven insights.
Professional Certifications (Preferred, not mandatory):
- PMO Certification
- Business Analytics Certification
- Lean / Six Sigma
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in PMO, strategy, or program management roles with exposure to C-level stakeholders.
