Ideal Candidate: - CA or CA+MBA Finance credentials - 4-8 years of experience working in consulting firms with experience in due diligence and advisory - Candidates with M&A exposure (either in investment banking or corp dev) post their fdd/diligence experience will be ideal - D2C/ Retail/ E-commerce experience preferable - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to work across cross-functional teams as well as with portfolio companies - Excellent analytical reasoning, critical thinking - Skilled in basic software - Excel, PowerPoint.
