Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Lead with a strong engineering background and deep understanding of the steel/industrial sector. The role will be responsible for driving marketing strategy, building brand visibility, and supporting business growth through both domestic and global market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for the steel industry.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to generate leads and support revenue growth.
- Build market intelligence by analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Lead the creation of technical marketing content, brochures, presentations, and case studies tailored to the engineering audience.
- Manage digital presence, trade shows, industrial exhibitions, and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to highlight technical strengths and value propositions.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen brand positioning in both domestic and international markets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial preferred); MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an advantage.
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing within the steel, metals, or heavy engineering industries.
- Strong technical understanding of steel products, processes, and applications.
- Proven track record in industrial/engineering B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling international markets is preferred.
