Lead - Learning & Development - Banking/NBFC
- The Lead - Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management (PMS), and Engagement is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives that enhance employee learning, drive performance excellence, and foster a highly engaged workforce.
- This role ensures alignment with business objectives by developing strategies that improve talent capability, enable career growth, and strengthen the organization's culture.
Key Responsibility Learning & Development (L&D):
- Develop and execute L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Partner with business leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
- Leverage digital learning platforms and emerging technologies to improve accessibility and impact.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously refine programs based on feedback and business impact. Performance Management (PMS):
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Drive a high-performance culture through structured frameworks and performance enhancement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on effective performance discussions and career development planning.
- Ensure the PMS system is fair, transparent, and aligned with business priorities.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement engagement strategies to enhance employee experience, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and drive initiatives to address key concerns.
- Develop and execute recognition programs to reinforce a culture of appreciation and motivation.
- Work closely with leadership to promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
Job Description:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing L&D and PMS frameworks.
- Experience with digital learning platforms, HR analytics, and employee engagement tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments to promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work environment.
