Responsibilities
- Should be able to work with the Business Stake holders
- Should have worked closed on Behavioural training. Should be able to work closely with HRBPs, Business Leaders and employees to understand the TNIs.
- Should be able to create training module and impart them to employees
- Should be able to curate , signature training programmes
- Should be able to work closely on TNI to implementation and evaluation of programme
- Should be able to make yearly calendar and follow
- Should be a certified behavioural training expert
- Should have worked on large work force
- Should be able to gather information and implement them long term
