Lead - Investor Servicing - BFS

Description:

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, including institutional investors, analysts, and individual shareholders.

- Lead the investor grievance redressal function, ensuring timely and fair resolution of complaints in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Communication with investors (clients of Brokers and Company shareholders), brokers/companies for complaint resolution

- Handling Arbitrations and its compliance

- Analyze complaint trends, investor behavior and market risks to provide inputs into regulatory reforms

- Act as the primary communication bridge between the regulator and investors

- Serve as a primary liaison with institutional and retail investors, market participants for investor facing communication.

- Represent industry events, investor forums and regulatory consultations.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external bodies to ensure investor protection and alignment with regulatory expectations.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory processes and grievance redressal mechanisms.

- In-depth understanding of Indian capital markets, SEBI regulations and investor protection frameworks.

- Experience in media/public communication and managing high stakes external relations.

- Candidates majorly from capital market will be preferred.
