Qualification:
- Educational background: MBA / Post Graduate/ CA with10+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of B2B Inside Sales, SMEs Sales, Credit sales
- Experience in Construction Industry & B2B Ecommerce (Building Material), Financial services with exposure to lending in construction industry is a plus.
- Appreciate technology; should have a digital bent of mind.
- Desire and ability to think like the customer.
- Networking & Relationship Management - Should have a strong network.
- Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion. Highly analytical and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with people across teams & levels. Proven people leadership skills.
Key Accountabilities & Support Actions:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular training, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Set clear goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the team effectively tracks progress towards objectives.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to create effective lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Digital Effectiveness:
- Implement and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, and digital processes to enhance team productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare regular reports on team performance and present insights to senior management.
- Ensure effective communication across departments to align on customer needs and company goals.
People Development:
- Build, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve success across all functions.
