We are looking for a Lead HR Technology and Analytics in Mumbai on a short-term basis for 6-12 months for one of our clients which is a reputed Group in India.
Role Purpose:
Lead - HR Technology and Analytics is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions and analytics capabilities to drive business outcomes, enhance employee experience, and inform data-driven decision-making across the organization. The incumbent will oversee HR technology, analytics, and data management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Configuration of HR processes to align with HR Technology
2. Reengineering of HR processes in order to ensure configurability into HR Tech solution
3. HR Process reengineering to align with the workflow of HR Technology
4. Understanding of employee experience and identifying gaps in employee experience, especially in a digital first environment
5. Creating employee experience using digital HR solutions
6. Creating data integrity - ensuring data is right at the time of creation and at the time of integration into an HR Tech platform and ensuring continuous updation of the same based on anniversary shifts and actual shifts of data.
7. In-depth understanding of top 15 HR SaaS solutions (India and globally) with the following capabilities:
Education Qualification:
BE / B Tech preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems plus MBA in HR or related field.
Technical & Professional Knowledge required:
1. Expertise with at least 1 of the HR systems viz. Successfactors, Darwinbox, Workday, Peoplestrong etc.
2. Experience of working with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with programming languages like Python, R etc. would be an added advantage
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience required:
Proven track record of implementing HR technology solutions, analytics, or related field.
