Incumbent of this position will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding for employees in Corporate offices and locations. Working extensively on Headcount planning, budgeting & reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Core, Governance and Compliances:
- Drive governance towards HR process & operations across HMCL
- Provide guidance to the HR Operations team based at head office and spread across locations
- Liaison with internal & external auditors, provide action plan for each observation
- Guide team to prepare SOP and drive process governance
- Be responsible for leave and attendance system
- Management of payroll & related compliances of off roll manpower deployed across businesses
- Management of HR Database and employee personal files
- Ensure recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements
- Address employees' queries on issues related to areas delivered through HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and attrition rates
- Ensure smooth exit formalities of employees leaving from Grade M3 & above and Full & Final Settlement
Management Reporting:
- Release Monthly HR dashboards & provide various people analytics as per business needs
- Work as a single point of contact for enterprise level HR data analytics and reports (such as Annual reports, QBRs, Attriton, Leave and Attendance etc.)

Headcount & Budget Planning & Tracking
- Supporting in the Annual Headcount Budgeting and enabling regular tracking of HC
- Supporting in the HR budgeting exercise and enabling regular tracking of the same under each cost head 20%
- MBA in HR from reputed University
- Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
- 9-12 years of experience into HRTechnical Skills/Knowledge
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
- Ability to create and use technical spreadsheets
- Proficient in Success Factors, MS Excel & Google work spaces
