The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Business Partnering, strong analytical skills, and expertise in designing and executing strategies aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
- Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation.
2. Talent Management & Development
- Identify talent gaps and workforce planning needs.
- Develop and implement employee development and succession planning programs.
- Partner with managers on performance management and coaching.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and company standards.
- Support HR data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
- Partner with HR teams to optimize processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruitment).
5. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Promote DEI initiatives and best practices.
- Support leadership in creating an equitable and diverse work environment.
