
We are hiring a Lead HRBP Lead for a leading FMCG/Infra company.
This role will help shape the people strategy of a fast-growing, high-impact organization.
This person will drive transformation, build a high-performance culture, and partner with leadership to deliver strategic HR programs during a phase of rapid scale-up.
If you have led change management, run assessment centers, developed hi pots then this is the ideal role for you.
What You'll Do:
1. Translate business goals into actionable people strategies.
2. Lead HR programs across the employee lifecycle - from talent acquisition to development, engagement, and retention.
3. Partner with leaders to drive change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
4. Design and deliver impactful OD programs in collaboration with corporate teams.
5. Enhance employee and manager capabilities through targeted learning interventions.
6.Leverage analytics and digital tools to optimize performance management, engagement, and communication.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12 years of diverse HR experience with at least 2+ years as an HRBP.
- MBA from a Top tier school or MSW
- Strong track record in talent management, engagement, and learning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Experience in large-scale change management and cultural transformation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Location: Mumbai (with travel to different offices)
