Lead/Head - Product Growth

Role Overview

This is a cross-functional leadership role for someone who understands that great growth doesnt start with ads it starts with product. Youll lead the companys product-led growth (PLG) strategy crafting experiences that drive acquisition, retention, and monetization from within the product itself.

Responsibilities

- Lead the Product-Led Growth strategy across key metrics: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization

- Identify product gaps, friction points, and bottlenecks proactively and analytically

- Design and run growth experiments to validate hypotheses and scale impact

- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing to build viral loops, habit-forming UX, and social-first journeys

- Build scalable systems and dashboards to track success and iterate fast

What Were Looking For

- 8-12 years of experience across consumer tech (esp. Ecommerce, Quick commerce, Content, Social apps, gaming)

- Proven track record of building growth features and frameworks in high-scale, mobile-first environments

- Deep experience with activation, engagement, retention, and monetization strategies

- Hands-on with data and tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, SQL

- Strong UX instincts and ability to work closely with design, engineering, and analytics

- Experience launching referral systems, gamified loops, lifecycle nudges, reward mechanics

- Ability to own the Product led growth charter end-to-end from hypothesis to execution

- Hustler mindset thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and drives execution independently

- Creative problem-solver comfortable building scrappy MVPs, running experiments, and scaling what works

- High ownership + proactive thinking doesnt wait for briefs, spots opportunities and runs with them
