Lead - Finance

- Experience in internal/external audit, Capex controlling, Product pricing, MIS & budgeting, variance analysis, board/MC documents, Proficiency in SAP Hana is mandatory.

- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is required.Handled assignments of Internal Financial Control testing along with operating effectiveness of control ensuring the risk mitigation associated with it.

- Analyzing for any deficiency identified, ensuring the control to be taken and coordinating with client.

- Handled various certification assignments towards foreign exchange and testing the same with bank documents and approvals of forward contracts and hedging of same if done.

- Dra- ing of final reports and management comments.

- Discussion of management points with client and reporting the same with Audit commitee or group management.

- Ensured the correct valuation of inventories including but not limited to application of appropriate accounting policy (FIFO/ weighted average), overhead allocation, margin & variance analysis, physical verification etc.

- Key areas of exposure include inventory valuation, revenue recogni- on, capex accounting and monitoring, trade receivables, lease accounting and profitability analysis.

- Analyzed the profitability of various clients and observed reasons for significant variances with respect to previous years/ quarters.

- Carried out control and substantive testing, in accordance with the audit plan formulated.

- Ensured compliance with the provisions of Companies Act 2013 and Accounting Standards in the prepara- on of financial statements.
