KRA:
- E-commerce Strategy development: Develop and implement the overall strategy for the E commerce business, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and goals.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Work with internal marketing teams to launch and sustain best-in-class customer acquisition campaigns on E-commerce platforms while maintaining customer acquisition cost that aligns with the EBITDA margin goals of the company.
- Have a coherent content strategy on platforms while ensuring the organization has the best-in class A+ content on platforms that aligns with it's brand positioning
- E-commerce operations and partnerships: Build company's e-commerce strategy, including in platform store functionality, user experience, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics
- Drive E-commerce execution: Build and manage full E-commerce execution engine including.
- Getting the right distributors/channel partners to drive E-commerce channel and leading end to end negotiations and pricing discussions
- Managing the account relationships with platforms and driving revenue growth
- Full end-2-end logistics and fulfillment with the partners to drive fulfilment
- Monitor KPI's and continuous improvement: Monitor key KPIs including Campaign performance, Order fill ratios, Stock-outs and ACOS.
- Building E-commerce business from scratch, including end-to-end e-commerce business build
- Drive partnerships and joint business planning with leading e-commerce platforms
- Drive profitability as per aligned EBITDA goals of the organization
