- Own & lead digital growth: Think Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads you're not just pressing buttons, you're driving ROI
- Strategize, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with performance at the core
- Build our SEO strategy from the ground up - you know how to turn search engines into lead machines
- Deep-dive into analytics, tweak targeting, perfect funnels, and A/B test like it's second nature
- Create (or collaborate on) content that actually stops the scroll - reels, memes, carousels, ad creatives, and more
- Keep our brand vibe consistent, even when experimenting with bold new channels or formats
- Use data to tell compelling stories, fuel decisions, and report wins that wow
- Be the bridge between performance & brand - ensuring the math and the message align
- Stay on top of algorithm updates, new tools, emerging trends, and platform shifts
- Guide freelancers and junior marketers - and help raise the creative/strategic bar across the team
What You Bring to the Table (aka your digital marketing superpowers):
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM & paid media
- Proven track record of managing high-ROI campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn
- Pro-level knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and keyword tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- A sharp eye for detail, strong creative instincts, and the numbers to back them up
- Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is a major plus
- You're fluent in audience targeting, funnel building, retargeting, and campaign optimization
- Strategic thinker who doesn't shy away from spreadsheets or spicy new content formats
- Bonus points: Your meme game is strong and your GIF usage is elite
