Our client is a high-growth, mid-sized lifestyle brand with a strong presence across multiple cities in India and a rapidly expanding digital platform. Known for their design-led approach and commitment to delivering seamless consumer experiences. They are looking to hire a Lead Data Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Digital & Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards for various business functions.
- Oversee all MIS activities and automate data integration into a centralized Datawarehouse.
- Connect and consolidate data from multiple sources such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and Google Ads into the Datawarehouse.
- Conduct website and marketing performance analyses to identify areas for improvement, including funnel drops, conversion rates, and ROI optimization.
- Execute A/B testing to evaluate the impact of features and improve conversion rate.
- Deliver actionable data and analytics solutions across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Datawarehouse and Analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience in website conversion optimization and running A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
