Lead - Costing

Lead - Costing - Sanaswadi Plant, Pune

Requirements:

- Good exposure in developing the cost sheets, product costing, recon of costing & f inance EBITDA, calculating variances, making bridges, benchmarking with other plants.

- MIS experience compiling performance reports Should be from Steel industry or if not available then manufacturing industry.

- Able to drive digitalisation initiatives to prevent/minimize manual workings and having interactive dashboards.

- Cost reduction drive initiatives Cost benchmarking (like to like basis)

- Relevant 3+ years Preparing the cost sheets, analysing variances, Consolidating, MIS for management, able to drive digital initiatives, tracking of operational KPIs, cost controlling.
