Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Lead Consultant to join our dynamic ERP practice. In this role, you will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP PM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP PM module, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support

- Act as the primary point of contact for SAP PM workstreams across multiple projects

- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and SAP system design

- Configure SAP PM modules, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Planning, Work Orders, Notifications, Preventive Maintenance, and related integration points

- Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, PP, QM, FI/CO) to ensure seamless cross-functional processes

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders and users

- Develop documentation, including functional specs, configuration guides, and end-user

manuals

- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in SAP PM as a functional consultant or lead

- Deep understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance module, master data, transaction flows, and integration with other modules

- Exposure to mobile plant maintenance solutions (SAP Asset Manager, Fiori apps)

- Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migration projects

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in the automotive industry a definite plus

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; SAP certification is a plus

- Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT integration, or digital twin concepts is a plus
