About:
- We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance functions.
- Planning and Budgeting, Compensation Management, Annual Compensation Review & AIP Management, HR Operations and Compliances.
- In her/his role, s/he will validate & supervise end to end payroll and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for the entire Company and also gather business intelligence around trends and best practices and prepare proposals for implementation in the organization.
- Leading C&B strategy including annual compensation review, benchmarking, budgeting, and incentive planning.
- Managing HR operations and HRMS modules related to payroll and compensation.
- Acting as SME for compensation frameworks and advising business leaders and HRBPs.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with labor laws, audits, and statutory filings.
