Lead - Compensation & Benefits (AGM/DGM Level)
Job Purpose:
To design, implement, and manage competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals, drive performance, and support talent attraction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain market-aligned compensation structures and grading systems.
- Manage HR policy updates in line with best practices and business needs.
- Drive performance-linked pay and oversee incentive/bonus calculations with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and tax regulations.
- Use analytics to report on compensation trends and optimize C&B effectiveness.
- Partner with global teams and act as the point of contact for all C&B matters.
- Plan and manage the annual salary budget, track variances, and forecast needs.
