Lead - Business Intelligence

- Set the data strategy - Decide how the company should use data for sales and growth.

- Work with leaders - Understand their problems and provide data-driven solutions.

- Build useful tools - Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track sales and marketing performance.

- Ensure good data - Make sure the data used is accurate, consistent, and reliable.

- Promote self-service - Enable teams to access and use data on their own without always depending on you.

- Bridge business & tech - Act as the middle person between technical teams and business leaders so both sides get what they need.

- Train and guide - Help teams understand how to use data tools effectively.

- Lead a team - Manage, mentor, and grow a group of BI analysts and data professionals.

Qualifications (in simple words):

- A degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, or related fields (Master's preferred).

- Around 10 years of BI experience, with at least 5 years leading a team.

- Hands-on experience with data tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and programming languages like SQL, Python, R.

- Good knowledge of databases and how data flows.

- Ability to analyze complex data and turn it into simple insights for decision-making.

- Strong communication skills to influence senior leaders.

- Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate a high-performing team
