What You'll Do:

- Drive the end-to-end business development process for the US market, from strategic lead generation to crafting and closing high-value deals.

- Go beyond lead generation; deeply understand US client challenges to co-create and carve out tailored solutions in the Shopify/eCommerce space.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive, insight-driven sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and our technical capabilities.

- Work directly with top management and technical teams to architect solutions, influencing both sales strategy and service delivery.

- Leverage CRM data and market insights to identify new growth opportunities and refine our approach to the US market.

- Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with US-based clients, positioning yourself and the company as a trusted advisor.

- Make a significant impact in our agile setup by contributing to process improvements, tool selection, and the overall growth strategy.

What We're Looking For:

- MBA from a Tier 1 Institute (e.g., IIMs).

- 2-3 years of proven experience in solution selling or software sales, with a mandatory focus on dealing with US-based clients.

- A strong desire to move beyond a process-led role and into a hands-on, solutioning-centric position within a smaller, dynamic setup.

- Strong aptitude for understanding technology and e-commerce platforms (Shopify knowledge is a significant plus).

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders.

- Strategic, analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex client problems and architect valuable solutions.

- Self-starter attitude, ready to take ownership and make a tangible impact from day one.

Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management.
