Job Description: As part of the leadership team, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Business sourcing and execution of deals in loan syndication, corporate advisory, and stressed asset resolution.

- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets while driving business growth.

- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Fund Houses, and other financial institutions.

- Developing and mentoring a high-performing team to drive strategic objectives.

Experience:

- Leadership experience in Loan Syndication, Corporate Advisory, or Stressed Asset Resolution.

- Prior experience in Private Sector Banks, Large NBFCs, or the Private Transaction Advisory team of a leading professional advisory services firm.

Key Competencies:

- Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Strong understanding of corporate credit, project finance, and structured finance.

- Proven analytical skills in structuring complex financial deals.

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Proactive approach to organizational challenges with excellent multitasking abilities.

Preferred Experience & Network:

- Hands-on experience in structured finance, project finance, and stressed asset finance.

- Strong relationships with NBFCs (corporate lending space), Foreign Development Financial Institutions (DFIs), and Private Banks.

- Experience in accelerating investment banking growth, particularly in debt placement, for the organisation.

Key Strengths:

- Expertise in deal structuring, including business plan preparation, information memorandums, and term sheets.

- Strong sectoral experience across industries.

- Established industry relationships, including legal and technical advisors.

- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

Strategic Relationships & Market Access:

- Well-networked with NBFCs in the corporate lending space.

- Strong traction with Development Financial Institutions and Private Banks.

- Reasonable connectivity with emerging Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and other alternate financing sources.
