Job Title - Lead/AVP-Digital Acquisition
Reporting to : Associate Director - Digital Experience
Job Location - Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Job Purpose :
This role provides leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organization's digital sales function. As the organization's member, the individual is accountable for overall digital sales performance, the profitable achievement of digital sales goals, and for aligning digital sales objectives with firm business strategy.
Direct Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the digital sales division in the selling of products to a list of qualified prospects
- To make sure targets/goal are achieved as per projections to acquire demat & trading account
- Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of team
- Collaborates with team leaders/managers to establish sales goals and to develop scripts for use by team
- Measures team performance; communicates goals; and encourages and motivates team in toward reaching their goals and targets
- Evaluate and analyze performance against call center metrics for your team and set targets to continuously improve agent productivity and call center efficiency
- Work closely with the quality team to provide periodic feedback to team
- To ensure all processes are followed keeping in mind the ethics & guidelines of the organization
- Reviewing the performance of team, identifying training needs and planning
- Leveraging technology to enhance call center efficiency
- Responsible to manage onboarding process and LMS system from business side
- Liaise with product development, marketing, and customer service teams where necessary to proactively drive marketing efforts and create sales opportunities
- Conduct market intelligence - competitor activities, understand pricing and market trends
