Lead Analyst/Manager - Fund Administration & Oversight

We're seeking an experienced professional to join for our client team as a Fund Administration & Oversight Manager. This role involves overseeing fund accounting, performance reporting, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee fund net asset value (NAV) production and review

- Prepare and review fund financial statements and capital account statements

- Calculate and analyze portfolio performance and attribution

- Manage regulatory and investor reporting

- Calculate and review management fees, performance fees, and fund expenses

- Ensure data accuracy in front office systems and data warehouse

- Oversee financial statement audit process and liquidity management

Requirements:

- Degree-level education or equivalent

- Professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA)

- 3-8 years of experience in financial services (Structured Credit or Alternative Credit experience a plus)

- Strong mathematical skills and Excel proficiency

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of work

- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
