Lead Analyst - Pharma - Buy Side
Job Description:
Lead Analyst in Pharma Research is responsible for leading and conducting research studies within the pharmaceutical industry, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
This role often involves a combination of primary research (surveys, interviews), secondary research (data analysis, market trend monitoring), and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities of a Lead Analyst in Pharma Research:
- Leading Research Projects: Design and execute research projects, including primary and secondary research methods.
- Data Analysis: Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data using statistical and qualitative methods.
- Identifying Insights and Trends: Uncover key insights and trends from research data, including market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Developing Reports and Presentations: Create clear and concise reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Staying Informed: Monitor industry news, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.
- Mentoring and Supervision: Guide and support junior analysts in their work.
- Communicating Findings: Present findings to decision-makers and stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data into actionable insights.
- Problem-Solving: Identify challenges and develop solutions, even with incomplete data, in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in Research: Prior experience in conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing insights.
