Lead - Accounts Receivable & Collections - SaaS Company

- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, ensuring accurate billing, collections, cash application and accounting compliance.

- Oversee day-to-day operations for AR, billing, collections, cash receipts, reconciliations, GL postings, and related accounting activities.

- Monitor AR aging and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).

- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, global internal controls with robust governance across processes.

- Identify trends and potential risks impacting cash flow and recommend corrective actions.

- Assist the month and quarter-end close cycles, including reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree/Postgraduate degree in accounting/finance is required; CA/CPA is good to have.

- 8 to 12 years of experience across a similar role preferably within the IT/SaaS/Technology space.

- Exposure to handling AR across multiple geographies/entities is required.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit management, and collection strategies.

- Proficient in ERP and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

- Strategic thinker with a strong process mindset, capable of identifying risks and opportunities to drive operational excellence.
