
Role Overview:
- The Integrations & Partnerships Lead will play a critical role in driving collaboration across the group, working closely with business heads from different verticals to unlock synergies, create cross-business solutions, and establish external partnerships.
- The role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills, capable of connecting dots between internal business units and external partners to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business heads across the group to identify integration opportunities and cross-leverage strengths of different business units.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies with external organizations, platforms, and brands to enhance group-wide offerings.
- Build joint go-to-market initiatives and cross-functional campaigns by aligning with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and creative).
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements ensuring value creation for the organization and partners.
- Track and report performance of internal and external collaborations against business objectives.
- Identify new trends, platforms, and partnership opportunities relevant to the advertising, media, and marketing ecosystem.
- Serve as the central point of contact for all cross-business collaborations, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in partnerships, business strategy, or corporate development, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
- Proven track record of working with multiple business units or group companies to create integrated solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse business leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
