Enterprise Sales - Bandra Kurla Complex
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients, develop a pipeline of sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Needs Assessment and Solution Development:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client cybersecurity needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of cybersecurity solutions.
Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Develop and present detailed proposals and quotations, collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customized solutions, and negotiate contract terms and pricing.
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Staying Current with Industry Trends:
- Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity products, services, industry trends, emerging threats, and the competitive landscape.
Achieving Sales Targets:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and pre-sales, to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
Sales Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales metrics, update CRM records, and provide regular business insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Sales Experience: Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably with a focus on IT solutions or cybersecurity.
- Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contract terms and pricing effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address customer challenges and needs.
- Self-Motivation and Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Certifications (Optional but Beneficial): Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or vendor-specific certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is desirable.
