We have a suitable opportunity in the Consumer Product Division for the position of Performance Marketing. The location of the job will be L'Oreal India H.O. at Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop the performance marketing investment framework and guidelines, focusing on measurable business impact, conversion optimization, and profitable customer acquisition across the full marketing funnel (including Retail Media and e-commerce channels).

- Identify key regional performance marketing opportunities, platforms, ad formats, and emerging trends to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across diverse accounts.

- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, performance benchmarks, and identify strategic differentiators in digital advertising spend and tactics.

- Define regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), CVR (Conversion Rate), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and establish consistent measurement frameworks for all performance campaigns across markets.

Cross Optimization:

- Identify overarching trends in performance data and drive cross-account & brand optimization strategies to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of transactional spend.

- Facilitate sharing of best practices, A/B testing results, and successful campaign learnings across markets within the region to foster continuous improvement and scalability.

Performance Measurement & Attribution:

- Define optimal platform allocation, and conduct rigorous return on investment (ROI) analysis for all performance marketing initiatives.

- Work closely with Brand, and Ecommerce teams to ensure performance of ad creatives and landing page experiences are optimized for conversion and aligned with broader marketing objectives. Implement robust attribution models to understand customer journeys.

Agency And Performance Partners Management:

- Manage relationships with performance marketing agencies, ad tech vendors, analytics platforms, affiliate networks, and other external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, adherence to contractual agreements, and delivery against performance targets.

- Act as a central point of contact for performance marketing-related matters within the media team.

- Help drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and provide feedback on new/emerging partnership elements relevant to performance marketing innovation.

- Evaluate agency and partner performance against defined KPIs, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement in campaign results.

- Collaborate with partner agency and brand teams to collect, clean and share performance marketing data for advanced analytics such as MMM & BetIQ.

Regional Reporting And Analysis:

- Analyze granular performance data to identify opportunities for optimization, measure ROI, understand audience segments, and inform future performance marketing strategies.

- Develop and present clear, compelling reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
