1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead recruitment efforts across functions; ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to closing.
- Design and implement smooth onboarding experiences.
2. Performance & Development
- Build frameworks for performance reviews, feedback, and career growth.
- Support managers in goal-setting and employee development.
- Identify training and upskilling opportunities.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive initiatives to build a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Act as a trusted partner for employees and leadership.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits.
