Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Head for our Agency Channel in the Non-Life Insurance sector.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the overall performance of the agency sales channel across the country.
- This role involves strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for hiring and building a strong agency sales team and will need to have over 15 years of experience in the industry.
- The job may require extensive travel to build and expand the agency network across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall agency business plan, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
Sales Management: Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Channel Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the agency network and increase market penetration.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the agency sales team to achieve their targets and enhance their performance.
Hiring and Building the Team: Recruit, train, and develop a strong agency sales team to ensure the effective execution of the business plan.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the agency sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Travel Requirements: Travel extensively to various locations to build and expand the agency network across the country.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the non-life insurance industry.
- Over 15 years of experience in the industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry.
