Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee with strong analytical, technical, and strategic acumen. This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder, gaining exposure across business analysis, research, and strategic initiatives. You will leverage your skills in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel while also contributing to business problem-solving, market research, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Business Analysis:

- Analyze business data, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights.

- Write SQL queries, perform data extraction, and automate reports using Python and Excel.

- Track business KPIs and provide regular performance updates.

Strategy & Research:

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis.

- Support the Founder in strategic decision-making with data-backed insights.

- Work on business models, forecasting, and new initiatives.

Cross-functional Projects:

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams on strategic initiatives.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.

- Assist in problem-solving and executing high-impact projects across functions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel (mandatory).

- Good knowledge of business analysis, market research, and strategy.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
