VP Product Implementation. We are looking to onboard highly skilled individuals who are eager to take on cutting-edge challenges and join one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the Lending/Treasury industry. This provides an extraordinary opportunity to implement the innovative solutions of the company for some of the most prominent financial institutions (Banks / NBFCs / FinTechs) in India.
Job Role:
- Effectively lead a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, QA, Technology, Project Management, and Customer Success teams.
- Delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the client's organization.
- Sprint Planning and tracking progress of implementation, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Deep experience of implementing Enterprise Solutions, managing SDLC, and a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Managing external and internal stakeholders, escalation management, and presenting the Project Status Report at the agreed frequency.
- Creating proposals, RFP responses, and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clients.
- Managing client expectations in terms of the deliverables, efforts, timelines, and product customizations, etc.
- Guiding BAs in writing functional specifications (i.e., Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents), highlighting product features and benefits/value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions.
- Ensure a clear understanding of customers' technology requirements; develop innovative solutions, provide support for proposal and project teams.
- Training internal teams on product and technology.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical and business awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in preparing proposals.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and escalation management.
- Ability to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience, as well as a technical audience.
- Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects.
- Experience in Fintech/ NBFC/ Bank (Digital banking verticals), or with Product solution providers like LOS/LMS/Banking Tech solution providers) would be given preference.
Experience: 15-25 years.
