Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Head to lead our General Industry Team Heavy Industry (HI) for the East region. The role involves driving sustainable business growth, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing strategic sales initiatives for Kl- ber and OKS brands. This is a customer-facing leadership position, requiring a deep understanding of industrial applications, strong relationship management skills, and a hands-on approach to sales and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Growth:

- Achieve and exceed the annual sales forecast for the region across all product categories (Kl- ber and OKS).

- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through value-driven sales, technical support, and service excellence.

- Implement the Heavy Industry strategy in the region and ensure alignment with national objectives.

- Ensure healthy CRM opportunity pipelines and maximize conversion rates of marketing-generated leads.

- Drive cross-selling, price realization, and overall market share in all targeted segments.

Customer & Channel Partner Management:

- Lead customer engagement activities, ensuring frequent visits, effective communication, and CRM discipline (visit planning, call reports, opportunity tracking).

- Work closely with channel partners, supporting their growth with joint visits, regular training, and technical support.

- Manage timely collection of payments from direct customers and partners.

- Strengthen relationships with OEMs in the region and influence lube chart inclusion.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:

- Work cross-functionally with internal departments (CSS, Logistics, Q&A, Finance, Production) to ensure delivery of service commitments and customer satisfaction.

- Lead, motivate, and support sales engineers and partner engineers to achieve performance goals.

- Promote a value-selling culture that emphasizes consultative selling, technical excellence, and long-term partnerships.

- Support and execute energy efficiency, sustainability, and digitalization initiatives as part of the customer value proposition.

Market Development & Strategic Focus:

- Drive growth across all market segments in the territory.

- Organize and execute customer seminars, technical days, and application workshops to increase product awareness and strengthen positioning.

- Monitor and report on competitive activity, market trends, and pricing dynamics.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

10 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales or territory management within:

- Industrial lubricants

- MRO products

- Bearings, welding consumables, or similar industrial fields

Core Competencies:

- Strong technical knowledge in industrial maintenance or lubrication

- Proven success in B2B industrial sales and channel development

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong ability to plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies

- Self-driven, customer-centric, and goal-oriented

- Proficient in CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office

Preferred Attributes:

- Exposure to OEM engagement and specifications

- Demonstrated ability to drive energy efficiency or sustainability-related projects

- Experience in leading seminars, workshops, or tech days for industrial customers
