Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Drive Operational Excellence initiatives as defined by FCS and group companies, focusing on achieving superior performance.
- Lead efforts to establish lean and efficient processes across the organization.
- Implement strategies to achieve higher organizational efficiency and productivity in all operational processes.
- Manage special projects through robust project management methodology, ensuring adherence to plan and budget.
- Develop, deploy, review, and continuously improve the Asia Pacific strategy.
- Take responsibility for training programs in accordance with group and local training plans, including Lean Six Sigma certifications (White to Black Belt).
- Provide coaching and mentorship to White Belt, Lean Leader, and Green Belt champions across various CXO functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 10+ years of experience in Project Management, overall business processes, and improvement actions.
- Lean Six Sigma Qualification: Black Belt preferred or Green Belt certification.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in the usage of Minitab, Power BI, advanced Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Experience with Big data analysis and MIS reporting.
- Cross-functional experience in processes across sales, finance, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) is preferred.
