Job Description


Under strategic direction, she/he provides leadership to the B2C-business development function of the enterprise "FYLS-Founding Years Learning Solutions (KLAY)". The VP-B2C sets the annual BD plan and implements the schemes, policies and programs across different regions within India.

The individual will have complete functional responsibilities, which involves effective strategizing, action planning and implementation guidance of existing and new programs in accordance with enterprise growth and business plans.

- Plans, directs and coordinates the functional activities of B2C-BD (sales) team.

- Provides team leadership and sets vision, direction and sales growth for the B2C-sales function in KLAY.

- Accountable for market expansion and B2C revenue target.

- Responsible for new customer acquisition, lead conversion and initial customer experience.

- Receives guidance and support from the support functions and Leadership team.

- Provides leadership to the regional business teams to ensure that the B2C revenue objectives are met.

- Provides functional guidance and coaching to the reporting team.

- Proactively provides insights (short-term & long-term) ECE-Early Childhood


- Education B2C market scenario, competition, channel success, new features for product refinement, customer pulse.


Education / Work Experience


Any graduation + MBA. Total experience of 15+ years in business revenue function. Must have worked for a minimum of 3+ years in leading the function for PAN-India operations.


Preferably from child day-care industry or any other RETAIL (medium format) service industry. Should have worked in medium to large companies and well understand the complexity of dispersed business network. Brings with her/him Sales & Solution mind set; Self driven personality & team player; high personal Quality, high energy, Value & Ethics.


Critical Personal Skills


Excellent leadership and people management skills; Strong communication skills; Ability to drive self & team in challenging situations; Ability to represent FYLS to external Forums, industry groups etc.
