Key Responsibilities (KRAs) 1- Paid Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution - Plan, execute & optimize high-ROI ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Google my Business Ads, Display, YouTube). - Scale ad budgets profitably to drive D2C website sales (10x growth target). - Develop high-converting ad creatives, landing pages & funnel optimizations. - Set up & manage conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, server-side tracking). 2- Data-Driven Performance Optimization - Monitor key KPIs: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, AOV. - A/B test ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies to improve performance. - Optimize for higher purchase conversion rates & reduced cost per acquisition (CPA). - Implement dynamic retargeting, lookalike audiences, and first-party data strategies. 3- Budget & ROI Management - Own & optimize a multi-crore annual ad budget. - Allocate ad spend across platforms for maximum efficiency & revenue growth. - Reduce wasted ad spend & scale high-performing campaigns. 4- Creative & Messaging Optimization - Collaborate with designers & content teams to create scroll-stopping ad creatives. - Ensure consistent brand storytelling while maximizing ad conversions. - Use motion graphics, UGC, influencer-generated content for ad creative testing. 5- Full-Funnel Growth Strategy - Optimize ad-to-landing page experience for seamless purchase flows. - Leverage email, WhatsApp & SMS retargeting to improve ROAS & LTV. - Scale remarketing & upsell campaigns to increase repeat purchases. - AI automation/AIAgents Engine for content generation, customer retention and marketing at scale . Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ROAS: Achieve & sustain 4X+ ROAS on Meta & Google Ads. CAC Reduction: Decrease cost per acquisition while scaling spend. Conversion Rate (CVR): Improve website CVR to 3-5%+. AOV Growth: Increase average order value (AOV) through upsells & bundles. Revenue Scale: 10x growth in D2C sales while maintaining profitability.
