About the role:

India's FMCG decisions are made on shop counters, by retailers who weigh trust, margins, speed of rotation, schemes, and what their customers ask for. Your job is to decode why retailers interact with campaigns, what actually changes their stocking behavior, and how brands can earn a permanent slot on the shelf. You'll turn campaigns into conversations and research into roadmaps - for brands and for millions of kirana stores.

What you'll do:

Campaign Ops & Analytics:

- Launch and scale high-impact FMCG campaigns that reach India's kirana counters- track live and iterate fast.

- Decode what truly moves the shelf - packs, price points, and trade schemes - and tell brands what to double down on.

- Turn raw data into sharp Sheets/Excel scorecards - spot trends early, prove impact (clicks, intent fills, repeat interactions)

- Run smart experiments & evaluate campaign performance: Test timing, creative, hooks, and CTAs to learn what actually nudges stocking and reorders. Unlock reach, impressions, CTRs, VTRs, and much more to continuously optimize the campaign

Primary Research (Retailer Surveys):

- Design crisp, bilingual (Hindi/English) retailer surveys that feel native at the counter - probe real preferences, price ladders, and scheme pull.

- Keep the signal clean - track completes, weed out speeders/straight-liners, and protect data integrity.

- Turn answers into action - tight insight notes that say "what retailers love, what to fix, and what to scale for sales lift."

Cross-functional & Client:

- Partner with Product/Engineering/Design to make the campaign & surveys live & to ensure trackability

- Collaborate with Creator Ops/Marketing on asset A/Bs and placements

- Lead client readouts and weekly status with zero-surprise execution - you will be exposed to business leaders representing India's top FMCGs

Must-have skills:

- 1-2 years in digital analytics and/or consumer research (FMCG/retail/marketplaces preferred)

- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel (pivots, nested formulas, charts); comfort with Mixpanel/WebEngage (funnels, cohorts, events, properties)

- Experimentation mindset; ability to size impact and recommend next steps

- Survey craft end-to-end (sampling, quotas, scripting, QC, analysis) in Hindi & English

- Strong communication who turns metrics into simple, visual narratives for non-tech stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

- Apps Script automation for reporting; basic Python/R (optional)

- Mobile app analytics QA (deeplinks, UTMs, redirections)

- FMCG trade exposure-kirana context, retailer vernacular

- Light design chops for tidy charts (Slides/Canva/Figma)
