Program Manager - Brand Campaigns

Cross-functional & Client:
- Partner with Product/Engineering/Design to make the campaign & surveys live & to ensure trackability
- Collaborate with Creator Ops/Marketing on asset A/Bs and placements
- Lead client readouts and weekly status with zero-surprise execution - you will be exposed to business leaders representing India's top FMCGs
Must-have skills:
- 1-2 years in digital analytics and/or consumer research (FMCG/retail/marketplaces preferred)
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel (pivots, nested formulas, charts); comfort with Mixpanel/WebEngage (funnels, cohorts, events, properties)
- Experimentation mindset; ability to size impact and recommend next steps
- Survey craft end-to-end (sampling, quotas, scripting, QC, analysis) in Hindi & English
- Strong communication who turns metrics into simple, visual narratives for non-tech stakeholders
Nice-to-have:
- Apps Script automation for reporting; basic Python/R (optional)
- Mobile app analytics QA (deeplinks, UTMs, redirections)
- FMCG trade exposure-kirana context, retailer vernacular
- Light design chops for tidy charts (Slides/Canva/Figma)
