Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Key Account Manager to own and drive growth across a portfolio of strategic brands.

In this role, youll actively manage relationships, own revenue goals, optimize seller performance, and play a central role in our marketplace success.

You will build and maintain strong brand partnerships, drive category/ seller growth, and ensure a seamless experience for buyers and sellers by collaborating effectively with supply chain, CX, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic brands/sellers with full P&L responsibility.

- Drive revenue growth through strong account management, relationship building, and performance tracking.

- Ensure SKU availability, manage DOH and ageing inventory, and lead liquidation or SoR interventions when needed.

- Identify and onboard new brand partners, including seasonal and B2B opportunities (e.g., IndiaMART, Lots).

- Track seller-level GTV, fill rates, and key SKUs; execute plans to expand high-impact SKUs.

- Plan and optimize seller-level promotions, discounts, ad spend, and trade/consumer schemes.

- Gather and share category insights regularly; monitor competitor activity and trends.

- Collaborate with CX, product, and supply chain teams to improve seller experience and platform performance.

- Plan and execute peak-season strategies and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

- Lead periodic client reviews and align on joint business plans.

- Address and resolve operational issues swiftly to ensure smooth execution.

Who Should Apply?

Experience: 2 to 5 years in e-commerce, key account management, or category management (experience in FMCG or B2B marketplaces is a plus).

Skills:

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience in driving sales growth through promotions, ad spend, and SKU expansion.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, SCM, and CX teams.

- Proactive problem-solving and project management skills.

- Ability to prioritize and deprioritize tasks based on business impact, and stakeholder needs.

Attitude:

- Self-starter with a passion for driving marketplace growth.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Job details

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

Experience: 2 to 5 years in e-commerce, key account management, or category management.

Education: MBA preferred, but not mandatory for strong relevant experience.

Compensation range: 816 LPA.
